We’ve just passed 10,000 members in our Life In Abruzzo Facebook group – what an incredible milestone! Thank you for being part of our vibrant community that passionately shares a love for Abruzzo.

But here’s the important part 👉 Life In Abruzzo is more than just a Facebook group and a website – we’re a registered not-for-profit cultural association that runs a big independent website, gives daily email advice to people, tours and film crews and arranges meetups all in support of our local community.

Sadly, passion doesn’t pay for servers, software licenses, or time. Up till now, the majority of this has been funded personally, but that’s no longer possible due to family medical costs. In July, you’ll see us streamline to help the association become self-sustaining.

💛 If you’ve ever found a recipe, tip, place, or person here that made your day better… do consider donating!

💛 If you’ve ever found inspiration, connection or help here, please consider supporting us with a small donation.

We’re not a rescue shelter, but we do rescue beautiful stories, heritage, food, and people from being forgotten.

With thanks!
