We’d love to see those empty houses in depopulated villages in Teramo, Chieti, Pescara and L’Aquila provinces have a fire burning in the grate once more even if it is part-time, and this is our way of bringing together sellers and buyers…  A bright pink little paper rectangle ‘vendesi’ (for sale) sign on the gate, door or window may possibly work if there is footfall but what happens if there isn’t? 

 

 How will people know that there is a great little house for sale?  The chances of being found are slim especially when adding in language barriers.  Will a potential buyer whose first language is not Italian feel confident to call or would they prefer to send you an email or Whatsapp to make contact!
