We're Marta & Rafal, a Polish couple of foodies who had a dream of a simple life filled with amazing food somewhere in Italy. We made it true in a tiny village in Abruzzo, at the foot of the Majella Mountains. We created iLMonte Farmhouse, a smallholding and holiday rental, a place where you can experience real Abruzzo through its flavours: we provide themed food experiences, cater for events at private properties, offer accommodation in our Farmhouse and organize various food-related workshops, like wild food experiences and cooking classes. We produce and forage a lot of our own organic food, and love to share it with others!
