My interest in Abruzzo ancestry and genealogy started after I lost my father at a young age. His early death left me with many questions and a desire to learn about my roots. Although I never met my paternal grandfather, he inspired me to explore our family’s history.
Wanting to know more, I started tracing my family’s roots. I found an ancestor born in the Marche region in the late 17th century, someone whose life was very different from mine but who is still part of my story. Each discovery helps me learn more about myself and shows how the stories of Abruzzo’s families shape us today.
What started as a personal search has become my life’s work. Now, I help others explore their Abruzzo roots, rebuild their family histories, and reconnect with the people and places that matter to them.
I work with Marco Cascianelli, an expert in archival research from Sulmona, to uncover lost stories from Abruzzo and help people reconnect with their ancestors.
Every day, this work strengthens my connection to Abruzzo, its land, its families, and the lasting legacy of those who came before us.
