FREE Basics of Photography Course!

Your official invitation to join our FREE Basics of Photography Course beginning in Cugnoli on 9th October 2025.  The course will take place twice a week on Thursdays and Fridays, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM.  The weekly schedule may be modified to accommodate the group better.

The course is designed to enhance local photography skills and open up new professional opportunities, and is open to all ages, with no charge.

The project employs a highly qualified external professional, Giovanni Iovacchini, FIAF (Italian Federation of Photographic Associations), Instructor and Photography Critic, to offer training that combines theory and practice, helping participants develop skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace.

Course Outline:

– Photographic Composition
– Using Lenses
– Shooting and Exposure Techniques
– Colour and Geometry in Photography
– Classroom practice and outdoor photo shoots

Duration: 64 hours (16 weeks)

Outcome: All participants receive a training certificate.

No previous experience is necessary, just a passion for photography and a desire to learn. You don’t need a professional camera; a smartphone camera will suffice.  Classes will be conducted in Italian, but the organisers believe that those with an elementary knowledge of Italian will be able to join comfortably.
