Faieto di Cortino – Sagra della scrippella all’olio

This year Faieto di Cortino (TE) 630 metres above sea level in the Gran Sasso Mountains will be celebrating the simple but delicious sagra that profiles scrippella all’olio.  These gorgeous crepes whose popularity dates back to Napleon’s invasion are stuffed with prosciutto and ham, porcini mushrooms, braised sweet red peppers and cheese or ricotta and Nutella.

For those seeking a simple but delicious sagra in the foothills, this could be your spot!
