Amerigo Vespucci Tall Ship Tours in Ortona

On the 6th April step aboard the Amerigo Vespucci in Ortona, Italy’s most beautiful tall ship.

It was launched in 1931 and still sailing strong as a floating ambassador of the Italian Navy. Designed in the grand tradition of 19th-century sailing vessels, this majestic, three-masted ship evokes the golden age of exploration, named after the navigator who gave his name to America. With its gleaming brass, intricate rigging, and striking black-and-white hull, the Vespucci is a breathtaking sight when it docks in ports around the world. Visiting offers a rare chance to step into maritime history, marvel at the craftsmanship, and experience a piece of Italy’s seafaring legacy.
