Today, the village is home to a warm mix of friendly locals and international residents, with a full calendar of events throughout the year.

The highlight of the autumn calendar is the October white wine festival, a hugely popular celebration of the local Montonico wine that draws visitors from across the region and is not to be missed. Everything a Family Could Want

The Terrace & Outdoor Space

At the heart of the apartment is a 55 m² sun-drenched private terrace, one of its real highlights.
