Profile
Abruzzo tours for people that love to eat and explore!
Explore a fabulous and secret Italy with Chef Ezio and his wife Marie.
Each summer they return from Rhode Island to stay in Ezio’s ancestral home in Prezza (AQ) just outside Sulmona, a small medieval village nicknamed the ‘Balcony of Abruzzo’ by Harpers & Bazaar.
They host a 4 or 5-day guided tour in Abruzzo and excursions which include truffle hunting in Roccascalegna, sausage making in Prezza, market tours and offer private cooking classes in Sulmona and Prezza.
If you would rather do your own thing, consider renting the independent apartment that Ezio has just restored. It can accommodate 4 people and is a convenient location to jump onto the autostrada, 10 minutes to Sulmona and 40 minutes to the Adriatic Coast.
