Rick and I fell in love with Abruzzo in 2009 and our search for a home began immediately![br][br]With so much to explore and discover across the mountains of Camp Imperatore and with an almost endless choice of traditional villages to choose from, we felt at home in Calascio straight away. The perfect blend of tranquility and calm with just the right amount of liveliness in the friendly bars. Over the last 15 years we have enjoyed all that the area has to offer, from skiing and snow shoeing in the winter, hiking and sunbathing in the summer through to musical events up at Rocca Calascio and appreciated many a glass of Montepulciano with our lovely neighbours!
